1. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Raygenix ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the raygenix.io website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason.
2. Detailed Description of Services & Digital Offerings
Raygenix operates a multi-faceted digital services, software archive, and marketing automation ecosystem. The specific provisions governing individual components of our platform include:
A. Web & Mobile App Development
We design and deploy custom web interfaces, database models, landing pages, and cross-platform mobile applications. Project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and custom payment schedules are negotiated under independent service agreements.
B. AI Lead Generation, Analysers & AI Mailr
Raygenix offers subscription-based or transactional access to AI lead extraction tools (AI Leads) and outreach platforms (AI Mailr). The system allows users to automate cold emailing sequences using custom SMTP servers and AI draft generation nodes.
Important Note on AI Keys: To utilize specific analysis parameters, you may optionally supply your own Gemini API tokens or custom SMTP server details. Raygenix is not liable for external billing, token depletion, or service suspension on accounts hosted by external LLM developers (e.g. Google AI) or third-party mailing servers.
C. Social Media Kits & Design Bundles
Raygenix licenses pre-compiled content bundles, including Reels kits, video templates, and design layouts. These bundles are provided under non-exclusive single-user licenses. You may modify them for your marketing requirements but may not resell, sub-license, or share the source files with third parties.
D. Job Portals & Automated Bidding Tools
Our platform hosts remote freelancing networks, automated bidding scripts, and portal configurations. Bidding scripts and scraping bots are provided for research purposes. Users must ensure that their deployment strategies comply with the terms of service of target job marketplaces.
E. PC & Mobile Game Downloads & Installation Guides
We maintain an extensive, verified listing catalog of PC, console, and mobile game packages. Downloading files requires a valid order confirmation. Users are responsible for verifying system requirements (CPU, GPU, RAM, Storage) before initiating checkout.
F. Pre-Activated Software Packages
The software catalog hosts utility suites, design software, and development tools containing lifetime pre-activated configurations. All packages are scanned for security vulnerabilities, but users install files at their own risk. We provide installation guides to assist users with standard software configuration.
3. User Registration, Authentication & Conduct
You may be required to register an account to access certain areas of the Site. Authentication processes on Raygenix are managed securely (using Google OAuth and NextAuth protocols).
- You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You represent that all information provided during signup and dashboard customization is accurate, truthful, and complete.
- You are prohibited from using scripts, scrapers, automated checkout bots, or browser overrides to exploit order workflows or cart configurations.
- We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or reclaim any user accounts that breach security guidelines or engage in payment fraud.
4. Wallet Ledger, Affiliate Network & Payout Guidelines
Raygenix hosts an affiliate program and virtual wallet system allowing users to accumulate commissions and referral rewards. The rules governing the wallet and payout processes include:
A. Ledger Precision: All wallet updates, referrals, and checkout allocations are computed to a maximum of 2 decimal places using standardized server rounding functions. This prevents discrepancies during multi-currency balance conversions.
B. Withdrawal Channels: Users with sufficient wallet balances can submit withdrawal requests to our finance department. Withdrawal options include:
- Cryptocurrency Transfers: Supported tokens include stablecoins (e.g., USDT) and major tokens (e.g., BTC). Users must configure correct blockchain networks (e.g. TRC20, ERC20, BSC) and supply mandatory destination tag/memo identifiers where applicable. Raygenix is not liable for assets lost due to invalid blockchain input parameters.
- Bank Transfers: Requires a complete bank routing configuration, including routing numbers, account numbers, swift codes, IBANs, and branch details.
C. Admin Review & Fund Return: Payout requests are audited for security compliance. If a request is approved, the transaction is marked completed and dispatched. If a payout is rejected due to incomplete payment routing, referral verification failure, or suspected fraud, the payout status is updated and the total requested amount is returned to the user's wallet balance.
5. Pricing, Transactions, & Shopping Carts
All prices on the Site are listed in US Dollars ($) and are subject to change without notice. Transaction regulations are defined as follows:
- Cart Sync: Product selections are cached locally in your browser storage under independent identifiers (`games-cart` and `software-cart`). We are not responsible for selections lost due to manual cache purges or cookie clearing.
- Checkout: Users can buy products directly using instant "Buy Now" overlays or purchase collective items from their cart drawer. Orders are processed via secure checkout gateways.
- Refunds: Since our software, keys, and game packages are delivered instantly as digital downloads, we do not provide refunds once a download link or access key is generated, except in cases where a product is non-functional and support is unable to deliver a fix.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Site and download digital products solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, mirror, or repackage any files or tools downloaded from Raygenix.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DEVELOPERS, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be settled through arbitration or brought exclusively in the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
